Slow mixers are essential units for flocculation process of the chemical treatment. The design selection may vary according to flocculating agents and the suspended solid content as well as the wastewater viscosity. Dependent on the shape and size of the mixing tank they are often used at speeds ranging around 40-60 RPM

The equipment is produced with special connection flanges and motor/gearbox assemblies for fast mixing. Due the pH value of the environment mixer is made of stainless steel of AISI 304 and 316 materials or ST 37 if applicable.

It can be designed according to the diameter of the pool and the density of the chemical used.
