Step Screen (plastic conveyor screens) are self-cleaning continuous systems that can be used as fine screens in both domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

The plastic conveyor screen is a pre-treatment equipment and, is consist of rods (to which plastic hooks are attached), guide rail and motor/gearbox assembly. The main part is made of AISI 304 or 316 quality stainless steel, the plastic parts are made of polypropylene or 30-35% fiber reinforced plastic in special molds.

It provides high benefits in the pre-treatment process with its durable design, easy and quiet operation. The operation of the step screen and cleaning brush can be automatically controlled with sensors.
