Basket screen is generally preferred for small-scale treatment plants as the pre-treatment processes. They have durable structure, fast and easy assembly, low investment, and maintenance costs.

Basket screens are anchored to the basin walls and to the guide rails around the pumping basins. The basket screens are designed to accommodate the ever-changing water level inside the basins without compromising the function. The baskets can be lowered or lifted to desired elevations under the pipe out fall.

The solid material sifted out the wastewater is pulled up with the basket’s rail system and easily dropped into a garbage bin with a crane installed at the ground level.

The basket is made of AISI 304 and 316 stainless materials, protects the following equipment against possible damage with low electricity consumption and low operating costs.
