Rapid mixers are essential units for coagulation process of the chemical treatment. The design selection may vary according to coagulating agents and the suspended solid content as well as the wastewater viscosity. Dependent on the shape and size of the mixing tank they are often used at speeds ranging around 70-140 RPM

The equipment is produced with special connection flanges and motor/gearbox assemblies for fast mixing. Due the acidic environment caused by the coagulating agents, structures and mixers are made of stainless steel of AISI 304 and 316 materials or ST 37 if applicable.

It can be designed according to the diameter of the pool and the density of the chemical used.
